because I keep getting this error message:

Geeze,...errored right after I had composed a PM! Had to re-type the whole thing,...
I see that we've had no response to this thread, so far,...sure hope someone sees it!

Yes, I've been seeing this error message a lot, and I've been hesitant to post lately because the site keeps locking up. I'm not a website guru, but my guess is that either: A) too many bots are trolling the site at the same time, or B) participants are not logging out when they leave, and so the website still considers them active. Perhaps an "automatic log-off feature after 15 minutes of inactivity" is called for here?

Again, I'm no expert, but this might be causing issues. I've forgotten to log off sometimes and closed the browser window, only to reconnect to this website many hours later and find that I am still logged in. Might be as simple as an auto logoff after 15 (30, 45, whatever) minutes of inactivity.

Logging off makes no difference.
The site is more unavailable, than available, anymore.

Speaking of bots, how does Google bot get to be a registered user??
Look at the stats at the bottom of the board index page.
Mirafiori requires a login each time to limit bot activity.

where is the 'remember me' function listed? have to log in every time i use it. is this normal now? :?:
