Sorry, I have no experience with this, and I think you mean CIS (Continuous Injection System) instead of CSI if that helps anyone else in answering your question.

One way, (I think best way) is to remove it, (connector with injector, 5mm ball Allen wrench does it) point it into a bottle, and start the engine when cold. It should spray a fine mist for about 6 - 8 seconds. This also indicates condition of the TTS (Thermal Time Switch) mounted in purgatory under the intake manifold.

Yes it will work on the electronic injectors to see if power is coming to them It is not CSI unless you are talking about he cold start inj and I believe that it will work there depending on the contact style. There are different styles of Noids make sure you get the right one
