Driver's side window

Driver's side window on my 1969 Fiat 124 Spider very suddenly stopped going up about the last 1 1/2" or so, leaves a gap that could let rain in. Took off the interior door panel and just don't see anything wrong. Cable goes on all the pulleys and everything seems to work freely. Looks like the only adjustment is for cable tension. Didn't really expect changing that would help but I did try changing it around some without any results.

cable tension would do it. you will have to reset the window at the start with the winder the retighten the cable
