Re: Road Trip!
My timing is off - I was in Turin this past November!
However if you are there you should also stop to visit their Automotive Museum. It is an amazing collection of cars. There is a heavy Fiat and European flavor, but they have cars of all types from the late 1800's on.

Re: Road Trip!
I would recommend a visit to the Alfa museum in Milan. I actually liked it better than the Ferrari museum, because of the different types of cars.
1979 Fiat Spider (since new)
2005 Lincoln LS (the wife's car)
2003 Chevrolet Cavalier (daily driver)
1999 Honda Shadow VLX 600
1972 Grumman Traveller 5895L (long gone).

Re: Road Trip!
Pick carefully, though. If you're with a significant other they strangely don't want to spend all their days in Northern Italy in car museums (I know we haven't seen "The Last Supper" but we haven't seen the Ferrari Museum either!), so you will inevitably get limited (ask me how I know!).
And even though it wasn't the Ferrari museum, "The Last Supper" was spectacular.
