Wow! Came in on the heels of the "Bomb Cyclone",...my 'new to me' single plane! Looks great.
Doused it with penetrating oil, and it took me about an hour (with my big tools, and 3lb sledge) to remove all of the emissions modules (1 above and 2 below) and an external EGR pipe. I got really lucky,...stripping the manifold was easy. Now comes the search for proper sized plugs,...I'll just take it with me!
It's got a triple vacuum port for the brakes (with two extra medium sized ports attached), and a separate single tiny vacuum port. I'll plug what I don't need and re-configure what I do.
Wire-brushing time,...
Later, Todd.

Todd:
Just out of curiosity, what are the numbers on the bottom of your manifold?
Mine are:
132AC.1C.0000.40/5
.S91.- C (in a circle)
4334448-3

I think the last one is a casting or part number with, in this case, a -3 revision.

Found this post from 2014 that goes into excruciating detail for various manifolds:

Mine looks like this:
FIAT
132AC.1C.0000.40/5
.S91. - C
4334448 - 1.
As I said, nearly identical to your's, Paul! I'd guess your's might have had a fitting for an external EGR pipe,...ugly damn thing.
Glad you posted. I wanted to contact you today and ask where you bought your various plugs,...two for below, one for on top, and the hole for the external EGR pipe (EGR pipe hole is the same size as the smaller hole on the bottom of the manifold)? I haven't started searching yet,...
Have a good weekend!

Got the plugs from NAPA. They're oil drain plugs with hex heads but they do the job.
Top M18-1.5
EGR M16-1.5
Bottom
M22-1.5
M16-1.5
Small vac port next to larger 2-way is M10-1.5. Will use a.stubby bolt for that one.
Put them in with the supplied washers and blue Loctite to seal the threads.

Checking on some steel threaded Allen plugs of those sizes,...
I sure do wish I remembered how I got this old manifold installed on the engine,...I think I did it with the alternator removed.
I really do not want to try an approach from under the car (unless I absolutely have to)!!
Carb comes tomorrow (held up by the "Bomb Cyclone"!). Hope it comes with a ball-stud for my linkage!
Nearly time to start a new thread in "Performance",...
Thanks for the plug sizes, Paul!

I found a source for tapered, threaded, steel Allen plugs - JW Winco,...I was not able to find aluminum plugs of the sizes needed, anywhere.
Had to register to get a customer number with JW Winco. But the plugs are so cheap, I'm going to double my order,...shipping is the same. So, I'll have a second set of plugs if anyone would like to pay postage and my cost,...
I usually use thread sealant for an application like this, rather than Loctite,...but either will help to reduce the reaction between the aluminum manifold and the new steel plugs, while sealing the threads.
All have a good week! Todd.

I've begun the new thread in the "Performance" section that will be more specific to the carb/manifold swap: "ADHA to DFEV carb/manifold swap". It will cover things from start to finish, including methods and sources.
Hope it will help some folks!

Thanks for the proper sizes for the intake manifold plugs, PaulC! They were right on.
Readers will find them in the posts above,...
