What is the correct torque method for the torx headed "ribe" head bolts?

Which begs the question, what vendor supplies the ASTADUR head gasket. I'm seeing hits on ebay, but not for the usual US suspects.

Allison sells the gaskets and studs. I failed two name-brand regular gaskets on my high-compression 1800, but have had no issues with his duo at 10k miles and counting.
