ADHA to ADFA retrofit

ADHA to ADFA retrofit
When retrofitting an adfa carb from an adha, what do you do with the open vacuum fitting on the high idle capsule? I know it's not functional on the adha but is it on the adfa? Or just plug it?

I do not know the answer to this question, but my 28/32 ADHA has a blue plastic identifier on that vacuum fitting, indicating that it would attach to a blue vacuum line,...a tiny clue, but perhaps it will make more sense to you since you've been researching this,...
