It was originally a New Mexico car. Wondering if someone stored it for awhile with the gas cap left off.
I haven't looked into the tank yet. I assume there's silt all over the bottom of it as well as the pick up.

Fuel starvation issue -- SOLVED. Now what?
This is a fairly new EMPI DFEV carb. Has less than 1000 miles on it. Car has been running good but recently started showing symptoms of starvation under load...then occasionally while cruising.
