We've just come out of our wettest Winter in 10 years and into Spring time which is our wettest time of year. The past Winter hasn't been too cold, not much snow left up on the hills (we have a similar southern hemisphere latitude to Washington DC or Sacramento in the north) so we use our cars all year 'round :D . I'd be asking for a 6 month vehicle registration scheme if I lived in Canada.
