Engine won't crank
So I bought this 124 about a month ago, it ran when I drove her into the garage, it ran good as far as I could tell. I was busy for a awhile, got back to it, fixed a leak in the fuel tank, was busy again etc. Was showing my friend the car one weekend and he flooded it trying to start it (he's new to carburetors), we had a laugh and I just opened the choke and let it evaporate. Next weekend I come back and it won't even crank, it cranked when he flooded it, the only thing that has happened since then is that I unplugged spark plug wires (anti-theft) and plugged them back in when I went to start her up this weekend, what happened?

Re: Engine won't crank
Check your battery. I have a battery disconnect on mine. If I leave the battery connected there's enough stuff draining it (and I think my stereo is the main culprit) that it won't crank after a week or two.
