Maybe I missed your stating it but have you checked the inline fuse holders behind the fuse panel. one of them is the fuel injection duel relay and pump power?

Hey, 2081; yeah, I checked the only inline fuse that I could find. It was in a red fuse holder that unscrewed to access the fuse. It was a little maddening, since everyone refers to it, including the manual, but in all my searching I cold only find a picture of one in an Alfa Spider. It looked the same, so I figured that it was it, and the fuse was fine as far as I could tell.
