Should I change the Wheel bearings

I bought front wheel bearings kit to change mine as I'm upgrading to the Prima brakes. My current bearing are good. Should I just repack them? I ask because I had experience with new parts not as good as the old ones. ie, new master cylinder lasting two summer. Oil pump change with rebuild not as smooth as original.

If the bearings aren't worn or scored, and you aren't having any issues with them, I'd clean and repack.
You can always change them later if a cause comes up.

+1 on repacking bearing with grease if there still good. Mobile 1 synthetic grease (red) my favorite. New spindle nuts are never a bad idea as well.

Since there are a lot of really bad YouTube Videos out there showing how to pack wheel bearings here is the link to the one from the Farm Journal the I find to be on the mark and have posted a number of times in the past. What he states about the bearing packer tools out there is true as you can spend more time cleaning them before and after you use them then you would spend just getting your hands dirty and packing them the old fashioned way plus you won't be wasting as much grease priming the packer.
