Weber 34 ADE carb

Hi All. anyone ever hear of a 34 ADE. New to fiat upgrades and was looking to update the carb on
1979 fiat 124. Was recommended to look for the 34 ADF and 1800 manifold. In my search for the ADF I
came across the 34 ADE. what is the difference and can it be used on the fiat.
