Front wings (is that a vendor?)

Anyone know how easy it is to take off the front wings? The car I am restoring has some rot and my donor car has two that are perfect. Does not look like they bolt on so I presume they are spot welded.

If you're speaking of the front fenders, they are spot welded on. You'd need a spot weld drill to drill out the welds without punching through the chassis, and a lot of patience to remove them. It can be done though.
