Rocker install

Rockers for my '81 are painted up real nice like and I'm ready to put them on and I have no idea what screws when where. My memory: screws (and maybe some rivets?) held it onto the threshold of the door and screws on the bottom and a bolt/nut at each end. Did the bolts have some rubber something in between the rocker and the body? Other suggestions for how to install these will be most welcome.

If you don't have the original fasteners, three stainless #8 screws into plastic grommets along the door baseline, covered by the chrome step plate. Three more #8's with washers along the bottom. A 5mm nut and large washer at the rear, and another #8 Pan Head at the front.
