Apart from the seats, the exterior looks pretty clean. Looks like a fairly new top. Probably worth a closer look for someone. Upholstery isn't all that expensive.

Well, it is a Super Sport version!
Can't say I like anything cosmetically about the car, but agree all that can be changed. The ad doesn't say much of anything, but the few pictures seem to show a solid car.

Could be a 70 year old kid or someone on a nostalgia kick. Elbo was old slang for a Cubit (somewhere around 18" more or less). You might need a hippy van to deliver payment if he wants ten 18 inch bales. Wear your bell bottoms and rose colored glasses when you make delivery.

The safest bet is to just chat about it from a distance. We are at about the 1 Year Anniversary of the CraigsList killings that went on around here so people are a bit shy especially of deals that seem a bit off key. I believe that they are currently taking up a new collection to help the widows and orphans.
