Can you post a picture? No such thing on a stock Fiat as far as I know. Not on the tranny hump itself and certainly not on the passenger side.

This site is focused on the Fiat 124 Spiders built in Italy between 1967-1985. The 2017 Fiat Spider built in Japan is unrelated except in name.
