Rust holes floor pan

Hi all,

Well while going through my 79 Pininfarina i found some major rust on my floor pans, particularly on the drivers side. I also found that 1 of the two lines running through have rusted out and off, the one to the right has, i know one is the fuel line, the left one......... but what is the right?. Car runs good however. Boy o boy!!

Likely the second line is for fuel return to the tank.

Thanks for the reply. I patched up the floor pan but did nothing with the broken line.
