Spider sighting
Went to home depot in Peoria on 91 ave around 5 pm. Spotted a red spider going south on 91 ave. Big bump hood. Looked all stock. Was so shocked to see a spider, I nearly drove off the road.

Hmmm, I wonder if any of you will catch sight of me in my blue '79 as we drive cross country starting next week.
Ottawa to Kent ohio then west on 80 likely to keep down low enough to see the eclipse, then up either through Yellowstone and west towards Seattle and ultimately Vancouver, or over towards Salt Lake and up. If so post a hello on my "cross continent adventure" thread.

It was a nice balmy 107 degree day and I was all dirty from sanding, so I was driving the civic, not the spider.I hope you gave each other the unique Italian horn salute.
