Need help on solving a new issue with a new 34 ADF. The carb has been on the car for since Christmas. Runs fine. Slight vacuum leak around the base. Noticed that when I took the carb off to change the base gasket that one side of the gasket was wet with fuel. Changed the gasket and put the carb back on. Now it is flowing like a river from the bowl vent. Took it apart and the float is fine, the needle valve is moving freely, and when I lift the float is seals well. Pump is low pressure electric fuel pump (3 psi or so).
What do I do next? I would think the float level is set wrong. How do I check and adjust? Other ideas are welcome.

Re: Carb 34 ADF - Plug fell out; Need help to find new one.
I determined it is not the float level. A small plug has fallen out. Does anybody know the size and where I can find another?
See picture. This is the same carb but with the plug.

Did some poking around with old Carb on the same plug. Found out that the plug is a lead plug. On another post, it was suggested using a lead fishing weight. As you hammer it in it self heals into a plug. Worked!!.
