32/36 DFEV hesitation

Post by guicho »

Hello Team,
I've got a CS1 from 1976, I'm in France and never been able to fine a specialist in carb tuning here.
I've removed all emission control stuff, put electronic ignition and 32/36 DFEV (from Mark Allison).
The engine idle very well, power is everywhere to 6000 tr/min.
But at acceleration and also stabilized speed (60 miles per hour) at around 2500 tr/min or 3000 tr/min there is hesitation. It seems that this is when the secondary barrel open.
What would you advice for that, idle jet size, primary jet, secondary?
Thx a lot in advance.
G.

First it would help if you told us what jets you have currently.

Idle pri/sec
main pri/sec
air pri/sec
emulsion pri/sec
