Urethane bushing

I dont see may of you talk about using urethane bushing, is there some pros and cons with them/ also i am wondering if then that to be pressed into the a-arms before installing

I never thought of buying new nuts with the nylon for the control arms mounts,i should be able to get then at ace hardware or no?
How in the heck did i forget such small stuff
