People in glass Fiats shouldnt throw stones

Wondering if the windshield glass on Spiders are all the same or is there a year change equivalent to the bow change for the top?

well, i noticed that the local Taco Bell was shut down for nearly four weeks for a cosmetic revamping. therefore, their food MUST be better now that they gotta face lift, right?

so, does that put Taco bell ahead or behind Olive Garden?

and, it really doesn't matter. my wife will be dictating where we will be putting on the feed-bag anyway.

I walked into the auto glass store on the corner and asked about Fiat Spider glass and he said that he could get me a brand new one for $100 that I take with. I always thought glass was much more expensive than that. It just makes sense to go with a brand new nice and shiney one at that price. That auto glass guy and Mark both agree that the glass is the same on all years of Spiders.

Has anyone had problems making the gaskets fit in the windshield frame? My glazier is having problems saying the gasket is too big? Help!!

is this a replacement gasket or an old one?

no problem, POPE. if you can get new glass for $100, i'd go for it too.

depending on what you drove, it would cost you nearly half that just in gasoline to get here and back again...


and, if that is a new gasket you are complaining about... i think we would like to know where you bought it as well.

My old gasket is just great and no problem using it again. A little cleaning and a little armour-all and its all set.
