Farm field find?

Post by RoyBatty »

I was driving through Gordonsville to get to know the region and hopefully find a good RC hobby shop when this little gem flashed thru the trees in my peripheral vision.
No "For Sale" sign on it. But it is parked so as to get your attention.

Wow! I would never have expected anyone else in here to reply that they'd seen that car.
Sounds like you get around the State a bit.

I travel on my job, and cover the whole state, plus WV and NC.......I like to take the "road less traveled".......ditch the garmin and get yourself a topo map called " Virginia Gazetteer, published by DeLorme. It's full of scenic routes and attractions, and it shows everything, from major hyways to footpaths...... It really comes in handy if you are also a Jeeper or outdoors man

I used one of those map books to make my way to the various agricultural aerial applicators spread all around the California north state. I had to do pick up and delivery for the overhaul and repair of aircraft propellers.
It was a great tool back then.
