Adjusting Air Flow Meter
I want to make sure my AFM is adjusted properly. I will be using an exhaust gas analyzer and would like to know if you make the adjustments with the O2 sensor connected or disconnected. If anyone has the correct procedure it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: Adjusting Air Flow Meter
Be very careful that the TPS (Throttle Position Switch) is fully loosened so it is in the "throttle plate closed" position. The reason is that the TPS has enough swing in its adjustment range that it can artificially hold the throttle plate open slightly, keeping the RPMs too high. This is not mentioned in any of the manual's various procedures but must be paid attention to. Adjust the TPS last.

Re: Adjusting Air Flow Meter
Ok so adjust everything first idle speed and the air fuel mixture with TPS fully loose then adjust the TPS last ....got it.
