ADFA vent valve missing pieces - SOLVED

Doing a rebuild on this carb and when I was blowing out the orifices I blew out the vent valve accidentally. It came apart in the garbage can & I think I lost some pieces. Is there supposed to be a circlip on the center post to hold the assembly together? Are there other parts missing? All I have is these three pieces - the center post, the spring, & the base. I couldn't find any pictures or diagrams that show what it should look like.

I think it's #3 in this diagram & looks like it's a complete assembly. I can't find this part anywhere:

Found some 5/32" e-clips at my local hardware store that fit the 2.5mm recess on the vent shaft. Put the assembly back together, squeezed it so the shaft was pushed all the way through the base & snapped one of the clips on the recess & it was fixed!
