Went to visit a friend who had just purchased a 1974 Triumph TR6. Took an Instagram photo that I'm rather proud of (of course the Triumph is far in the background):



Here's a side-by-side pic. I had forgotten how narrow the TR6 is. My friend had only acquired the car a couple of days earlier, and I helped him put the top down and put the boot on for the first time. Not to disparage the Triumph, but it was a chore. We drove each other's cars to grab a beer, and my friend (a former Spider owner) had to admit that the Fiat provides a more refined driving experience.

Triumph was my first choice when i was looking for a sport car last year. I drive a couple of good ones but when i come to test a Fiat 124 spider i really fall in love !

The fiat is a real modern car in a vintage body ...

Great pictures! As much as I love my Fiat, I think the TR-6 has a classic body style as well.
