Hello, Can anyone tell me about the differences between the DMSA 32 and DMSA 34 carburetors ?

Hi Spider124, if you are considering putting the 32DMSA on your (presumably 1438) 1970 spider, it is an excellent choice, bolts right on, uses the same throttle and choke linkage and air cleaner as your stock DHSA and will run and drive very well. I think the 32DMSA was used on the 1592 TCs in sedans and wagons.
