You have the setup right, i.e. having the filename directly in between the two [IMG] bracket boxes, but the file itself must be posted on a picture sharing site like photobucket, etc, and the uploaded coding from the sharing site is what goes in between those brackets.

It is a difficult process, but it can be done.
