These pics were extremely helpful. I've got a good idea of where to start now.

Do any vendors sell the rear crossmember? The floor pans are faily easy to fab, but not sure about the crossmember.

Hi,
i dont think that You need to replace the whole crossmember!
I ll try t oshow You how i fiexd this rusty area :)

This was my starting point:

And here is my fix:

I have choosen to repair the metal from the underside and Welded the crossmembers part ( wich where made out of sheet) in place, after that i closed the floor.
