You could replace the FI with a carb. :)

Probably the best suggestion yet!
Ok..in my limited time I did a couple of checks. The coolant temp sensor tests ok,with the ohmmeter.I have power at the wire going to the sensor.I have power at the injectors with the key in the run posistion. Starts right up ,runs for 3-4 seconds and shuts down.Definitely running on the cold start valve only. I am challenged with a voltmeter, and really dont know how to preform some of the other tests  I will get the F.I. guide this weekend and try to check some of the other suggestions.
I have a spare double relay.Any thoughts on just swapping it in and giving that a try?

Plug the test light on both terminal of one injector. Run the starter and you should see the light flashing

It is always good to follow the troubleshooting procedure as stated.

I know you have had lots of things apart on the car since this problem started. Are you sure you have everything back in place. All your electrical connectors are back on in the correct location. All your air intake hoses on and tight. Have you inspected them for possible leaks? Are both brown/white wires connected to the same terminal as the black wire on the ignition coil. One of the Brown/white wires tells the FI computer when to fire the injectors.

I needed to clean internal contacts on double relay. That also helped. So if you have extra double relay, swap it. One thing to be careful is to connect the double relay correctly. It is possible to have wrong connectors on wrong side (high amp/volt side vs ECU side). It won't damage anything, but car will definitely not start

the double relay merely supplies power to the injectors, if you have power to them the relay is fine. Remove the pigtail from the #1 injector, turn the key on and momentarily ground the return side of the injector pigtail. You should hear the other 3 injectors click. If you don't hear a click, then the injectors are not opening. If you do hear a click, test the return circuit from that pigtail to the ecm for continuity

Thanks Mark...I wasn't clear on that. I am hoping to get some under the hood time in this coming weekend
