Awesome. Will it cover all of the existing openings in the block or will I have to blank off an opening? I think I read in some conversions there is the need to blank off an opening.

You need to deal with the egr passage. I pulled my exh mani, cut the tube, impacted the nut off, then plugged it with the correct size nut. I don't recall the size but got the plug off Amazon for a few bucks.

i used a welsh plug on the intake side of the head. left the exhaust side alone as i struggeld to get the nut loose. Took a while to get the correct size, 13.5mm from memory

You learn something new everyday.. I had to google welch plug. I was not familiar with the term. Wikipedia to the rescue. Welch Plug - "Core plugs are used to fill the sand casting core holes found on water-cooled internal combustion engines. They are also incorrectly called frost plugs, freeze plugs, or engine block expansion plugs." I grew up in the south. Very familiar with the term freeze plugs.
