Exhaust manifold torque specs ?

Can some one please tell me the correct torque spec for the exhaust manifold nuts ? The ones that hold the manifold to the engine. For 1977 1800 with a 4-2-1 manifold.

This is from my '80 2L Shop Manual, but I think the risk is very low that it wouldn't apply to the '77 1.8L given the 4-2-1 manifold it shares in this case. And yes, it is a little low! I rechecked mine a few hundred miles later to be sure they were still tight. Same with cam boxes and head. Good idea to recheck after a few hundred miles.

aluminum head, iron header.... the gasket is a thick piece too. everything must move quite a bit, probably a common source of the clicking sounds that we all hear as things cool down.
