Tornado air thingy
Has anyone used one of these? http://www.tornadoair.com/.. I found one in a junk yard on a old BMW 3 series I was getting some nice hose clamps off it. It fit my FI housing. Im gonna try it and see what happens. Any opinion?

Re: Tornado air thingy
Auto companies spend millions of dollars on R&D to achieve federally mandated Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards. If all it took was a 'swirly thingamabob' in the airbox to get another 5 mpg, then I think they would have already done it. But if you can fit one in your car for no cost and only minimal effort, then you should absolutely give it a shot and let us know what you observe.
But I'd bet a new set of Mark's CD66 wheels that there is no scientifically measurable improvement.
