I've got Hushmat kits in stock now. #1 rated product for thermal and sound insulation. Door, floor, trunk and hood kits are available along with undercarpet foam. This will cure your hot tunnel/floor problems!

Do you have kits for just the floor?

I have kits that contain 12"x23" panels. I'll be getting some larger panels, but at the moment the 12x23 is the largest panel I have in stock

Mark,

It looks like I am going the Hushmat route. Any idea on what kind of square footage I'm looking at to cover the entire passenger tub area of the car?

Looking to do:

Footwell and firewall as high up under the dash i can go
Side kick panel area
All of the transmission tunnel
All of the floor panels
Vertical part of door sills
Rear seat cross member
Rear seat area and up the sidewalls and rear wall area

50sq/ft?

Hushmat has done some templates to calculate sq footage and here's what they've come up with;
firewall, floors on both side, front tunnel (shifter fwd), rear tunnel (shifter rearward), rear seat area
totals about 44 sq ft. If you want to do side panels and sills you'll need to add some to that total
