I really want to replace the new air filter that want used - I have the original housing but not the other items. Can anybody help me?

Well after looking at my owners manual, I guess I need the air hose and whatever is needed for that. But the intake area seems shorter that the picture in my manual. (approximately 4 1/2 inches) Is that right?

Well you guys by now have figured out that I am just now learning about cars. The part for the air filter housing that is missing is the snorkel. Ranee
