Ok.... update..... I used the troubleshooting manual that kirk sent me...... Thanks.

Here is where I am now.
I did a bunch of tests and found pump is working.
I still had an issue with it running for 2-5 seconds. After trying different diagnostics I ended up trying something.
I removed air hose from air filter housing. I removed the whole housing for the air flow sensor. I reconnected the wiring to the housing, now I have easy access to the "flapper" after 3 days of no running past 5 seconds, now when I hold the "flapper" in a specific position it idles for however long I want. In another position I can even rev up the engine (Still a little boggy). I made sure all hoses were on properly and none were leaking. The only way to run the car is by "tricking" the ECU into thinking the flap is in another position manually.
Please don't tell me I need a new air flow sensor.

Also is it supposed to have a small arch in the flap? Refer to attached pic

I just emailed it to your gmail account.... maybe you could just look at it and tell me whether it is normal or not as I can't find any pics for reference.

Hey.... it worked for you....
Thanks for posting it, dude. It's cool you don't know, it helps that you posted it for me and hopefully someone else can see it and tell me if it is normal.
Thanks Joe

In the AFM, with just a little flap movement, there are two contacts that touch that energize fuel pump.
Try this: take air filter off. place screw driver into air intake of AFM to keep flap partially open (it just has to be barely open). Then turn ignition switch to RUN (not start). In RUN position without car engine cranking, you should hear fuel pump working. If you don't, then it's most likely a problem with fuel pump contacts in AFM. They can get oxidized, and give intermittent contacts; or they have been bent where they don't make strong contact with each other. This would be a 5 minute fix. Clean contacts (sand paper, file, de-oxy spray) and/or bend contact arm to make stronger contact when AFM door just opens. (All this can be checked with an ohm meter with car off, if you prefer).
If this is not the problem, you might have intermittent problem with double relay. This can also be dis-assembled and contacts cleaned

I do appreciate the time it took you to write your post, but.........
As I stated above, I have already done that. Without the any manipulation of the flapper, car runs 2-5 seconds. with me manually controlling the flapper It will run as long as I want on idle, in a certain position I even have rev response. Let it go...... it dies.
