Thanks for all this detail. So, in terms of the mods... As I understand if you cut off the flange at the header and then just adjusted the piping along the flange, but didn't increase the length?

That is correct. The OE pipe just needed the pipes repositioned/angled differently in the flange. The amount of movement in the flange was about .065" from its starting position and this moved the very end of the down pipe about 2 1/2". The AR down pipe needed to be twisted first and then have the pipes repositioned/angled differently in the flange. The AR down pipe is 16 gauge so buy bolting it to a 4'x4' metal welding table the pipes could be twisted a little for the side-to-side fit.

Thanks KMoses.
Mine as you can imagine fits, but it's tight. Steering arm required a 'dent' in the pipes and had to lose the heat shield on it. Additionally it is essentially touching the cross member. To me it just needed to slide forward a bit or twist downward. Works pretty well in terms of connection to the pass side mounted system, but seems to put it all in a bind just a bit. My rear resonator touches the drive shaft upon spirited driving.

I hadn't thought about cutting it loose from the flange and attributed some of the fitment issues to my odd setup.
