I am wondering why : i called mr fiat company on wed and they said that i would get my parts sat? maybe
i was ok with that and there was a tracking number and all. well i get a email on friday saying that the parts are back orderd and that it will be 2 weeks? how in the hell did they get a tracking number from fed ex if there no parts i dont like being lied too so i will asked for a refund coming monday

ANY one eles have that situation with them>

A label was created... It don't mean that the label is appose somewhere...

I've used Mr. Fiat three or four times (for my wife's 1962 500D), and while their service is not as good as that from Mark or Autoricambi, they've always come through with the parts in a reasonable period of time.

On one of those orders, I had a part that was back-ordered. The main order arrived in a week to ten days and the balance came a couple weeks after that. Hardly stellar, I know, but I was happy with the quality of the parts.
