Suspension. Rubber Spring Seats

1981. 2000. I'm confused about the location and the number of these spring cushions. Looking thru the Fiat parts catalogs I see that there are rubber cushions for the upper rear and upper front. No mention of any cushions on the lower spring perches. Am I safe in assuming there are no cushions for the lower front or rear? Also there appears to be a metal ? ring on both the tops and bottoms of the front and rear spring perches to locate the spring. Is that correct?. I don't have an exploded view to refer to. Confused. You're correct, rubber up top, lower spring perches are metal. You're not confused.

not to add any confusion to this however, my rear spring perches did in fact have some plastic rings





and of course the uppers for both front and back

That's interesting! I never noticed anything at the bottom of the springs!

The photos are very helpfull. Did you have the blue cushions on the the lower springs on the front and rear? What cushions are shown in your last photo? I have an 81' 2000 and it has the same blue cushion on the lower rear spring but it's only on the driver side. RB
