I think this came off the brakes?

Putting brakes back on after suspension. Took off the caliper bolts and disk brake assembly (did not disassemble calipers at all). Then later saw the thick spacer/washer/bearing in photo. 15.8 mm outside diameter, 10 mm inside diameter and 5.4 mm thick.
Any idea where this came off of? Much thanks.

looks like a spacer from the lower shock absorber bolt

I would feel more foolish - but am too happy to feel bad
