While turning distributor to hit the 10 degree mark (clockwise), the closest it will get is probably in the 15 degree area. The distributor simply wont turn any further.
What would one suggest here to buy that extra inch on the adjustment? Do i pull the distributor out and just re seat it back an inch counterclockwise and in theory give me more room for adjustment?
Looking forward to feedback.

Figured out my issue. Retaining clip was simply too tight. Loosed and adjusted.
