Double Relay Set

I have a 1981 FI 2000. Exactly where is the Double Relay Set located. Is it on the relay panel adjacent and to the left of the ECU? Everything I've read states it is "under the glove box" or "it is located near the ECU" I'm seeking more specific information.

It located on the relay panel mounted under the glove box. The panel is held in place by 2 phillips screws near the glove box hinges under the dash
