Danish winter would be good for reading volumes 2-10 if I ever write them! Or perhaps it would be good for writing them...hmmmm

You'd be amazed how little you make per book. This certainly was not an exercise in profit-making...but it was an exercise in self-publishing. I'd say I seriously doubt the profit will ever equal the cost to produce it - but it is well worth the effort. I can see how authors need to sell in the hundreds of thousands of units to make a living, especially novels (which sell for maybe $16 and the author probably gets $3).

I do regret that it cannot be had in hardcover using the current method.
