Hi guys,
Just started looking at the timing belt replacement, I think I got it but the only problem I have for now is to align intake cam sprocket perfectly with the mark. Turning the cam always bring me to that same position, not possible to really point it to the mark, is that OK ?
for what ever reason the picture is upside down, Sorry !
THX

Re: timing : intake cam sprocket alignment
try to align it when you are putting the belt on to lock it in place.
Also is that cam wheel a metal unit of the plastic type? if it is the later the normal recommendation is to swap it for a metal unit as they wear with usage (even though they are much much lighter, I can only image they were designed to be replaced with the timing belt)
