Having a bit of an issue starting my 75 in the morning or when she sits for a long period of time during the day. she has a hard time starting up, it sputters and stops until she warms up a bit. I installed a new exhaust system and have found out that i had a few air leaks. Tighted and welded them up but now she sputters until she gets warm then she runs and starts just fine.
before I changed the exhasut it started up no problem cold or hot. Any ideas?
Thanks

Does the dual point system still work? I believe that when cold it uses a "retarded" set of points and when warm switches to an "advanced" set. If it is starting on the advanced set you may have the issues you are experiencing. If it dual points are functional, check the timing.
