Can anyone help me identify the year of this engine?
Hi guys I have a 1971 Fiat 124 Spider coupe but the engine isn't stock from what I have been told. No one could verify the year. I looked at the oil filter housing and the numbers are kind of worn off. It looks like 132 but I can't make out the rest well at all. I have included pics below. Maybe they will help.

Take some sandpaper and sand the area where the engine number is, then take other pic.

it is a 1756cc what gives it away is in the pictures you have a screw in dipstick holder, in the USA the late 1800 engines are the only ones that came that way
