1608 (European) compression values?

I got a quaint little paper readout back from the mechanic today showing the following:

1. 12 bar (full scale) = 175 psi
2. 12 bar = 175 psi
3. 12 bar = 175 psi
4. 10.5 bar = 152 psi

Are those plausible? Does the higher CR affect the ultimate cylinder pressure, as those numbers are higher than what I usually read here. Any concern about the size of the drop to the No. 4 cylinder?
