Not sure where you are located but I have seen it at Canadian Tire in Canada for I think $25.00 (cdn) per roll. It is a stick-on thin pliable chrome looking stuff about 1/4 inch strip. Cut to fit.
I had the chrome detail on a spider I bought several years ago before flipping. Didn't look out of place in my opinion...

Thanks, Narfire but I want the metal kind. I found a company that is now thinking about manufacturing a set of chrome metal fender trim after I told them about how the basic model hasn't changed in over20 years and that there are a lot of people who own these cars. The company is QMI (775) 841-9780. Give them a call and express your interest as well.
