Appreciate the comments even though I disagree with not having A/C. I spent to many years in the oilfield either freezing or burning to do it on days off.

DieselSpider, just my 2 cents but why don't you give this poor guy his thread back and quit turning it into why he doesn't need AC versus what he was interested in which was how does he get AC. We get already that you don't need / want it.

See my post a few years ago on my Factory Air retrofit; works well. The problem is I do not think they are in business anymore. I did not have to replace the radiator but had it cleaned out at a shop and temps are ok in the summer.

If you find after vetting things out that you really need AC then Rainbow Products has a number of kits that might be used in the Spider including a trunk mounted or console unit that won't require any mods to the dash or reduce driver or passenger leg room.
